Hopi Ear Candles

It is believed that the Ancient Greeks and Egyptian used ear candles for purifying and healing.
Shamen Healers are also noted to have used them in spiritual and healing rituals throughout Asia, Siberia and Native America. Ancient wall paintings, such as those found in the caves of the Grand Canyon, show how ear candles were used for ceremonies and rituals.

How Do Hopi Ear Candles Work?
The candle will be lit at one end and the other end placed in the ear. The heat and movement from the flame cause a gentle vibration and the heat from the candle starts to soften any wax. It works like a chimney with a suction effect. Vapours will circulate within the ear and draw impurities out of it Some of these can take up to 48hrs to be drawn out, but generally can be seen on the ear immediately after treatment. The other ingredients such as bees wax and herbs also have a soothing effect because of their own natural properties.
